Preamble
These terms of use are entered into between:
- The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the \"Publisher\",

Article 1 - Principles
Business Profilers offers an intermediation or direct booking service enabling the reservation of services, in particular venues intended for professional events, with professional providers (hereinafter the « providers ») and organizers of professional events and meetings (hereinafter the « users »)
These terms of use are intended to provide the legal framework for the use of the Business Profilers website and its services.
Access to and use of the services are reserved for professional users. A professional means any natural or legal person carrying out a commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, and any person acting in the name of or on behalf of a professional.

- Evaluation of seminar services provided by suppliers
Article 4 - Liability
Business Profilers offers an online intermediation service through which providers offer their services to users.
It is specified that Business Profilers acts solely as a service provider company and an online platform operator under the law for a Digital Republic of October 7, 2016.
All information, quotes, invoices, presentations and details entered by the provider cannot engage the liability of Business Profilers. Business Profilers is therefore not responsible for the contractual or pre-contractual information provided by providers in the client area.
The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation preventing access to the website or one of its features.
The equipment used to connect to the website is under the User's full responsibility, and the User must take all appropriate measures to protect the equipment and data, in particular from internet-based viral attacks. The User is also solely responsible for the websites and data they consult.
The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of legal proceedings brought against the User:

The Publisher nevertheless undertakes to mention the member in the event of use of their publication.

When provided to our clients, they remain the exclusive property of Business Profilers, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights over these documents, which must be returned at its request.
Our clients undertake not to make any use of these documents likely to infringe the provider's industrial or intellectual property rights and undertake not to disclose them to any third party without the Publisher's prior express authorization.
Article 6 - Hyperlinks
The establishment by the User of any hyperlinks to all or part of the website is strictly prohibited, except with the Publisher's prior written authorization, requested by email at the following address: marketing@businessprofilers.fr
The Publisher is free to refuse this authorization without having to justify its decision in any way. Should the Publisher grant authorization, it is in any event only temporary and may be withdrawn at any time, without any obligation on the Publisher to provide justification.
