Your project manager identifies the venues and providers that match your request, checks their availability and shares your brief with them.

Within half a day of your request, you receive a personalized recommendation with solutions available on your dates and a detailed presentation of each venue.

Depending on the option chosen, you can receive partners' quotes directly or benefit from a global offer proposed by Business Profilers.

Support you up to the
day of the event

Two support options are available:

  • You are in direct contact with providers and move forward independently while benefiting from our advice
  • You choose to be supported by a dedicated project manager who oversees the organization with you until the event is delivered

Ensure on-site
coordination (optional)

On the day of the event, everything must run smoothly.

Our coordinators can be present to anticipate adjustments, liaise between stakeholders and ensure services run properly.

Result: you can focus on your participants... and fully enjoy your event.

Review everything together

Once the event is over, we carry out a qualitative evaluation of the services with you.

Objective: measure satisfaction, identify strengths and areas for improvement for your future projects.

Today, the satisfaction rate reaches 98.9% across the last 7,000 events delivered.

Centralize and manage
your event spending

As part of our purchasing centralization service, we handle the post-event financial reconciliation as well as issuing and monitoring the final invoice.
